I initially started training with Esther during the summer as my running had plateaued & I felt I might benefit from some weight training to help improve the strength in my legs. I also felt that as I approached my 50s I needed to do more weight bearing exercise in order to, basically, stay the same shape as I had throughout my 30s and 40s without too much effort! I'd never had a personal trainer before so was rather skeptical & had a certain stereotype in my mind which Esther luckily didn't comply with. She is very focussed on helping me achieve my goals in a way that works for me and it's far exceeded my expectations of how I could change my body shape by thinking about exercise and diet in a different way. I would highly recommend training with Esther; she always makes our sessions challenging but good fun too.
