It's fun, very hard work and sweaty (obv!). Esther makes sure that every session is different and she creates great variety in terms of whether we focus on a certain area of the body or do some more aerobic or all over body conditioning exercises. Also it is brilliant to have Esther there pushing me when she knows I can do/lift/push more and also encourage me when needed. I feel fitter, healthier and more confident about my body: I love it!!
