I took part in a 12 week training programme with Esther which involved following a healthy diet and cutting out sugar, processed foods and alcohol. We trained 3/4 times a week and in this time by fitness levels improved, I lost body fat, and my body shape changed. I would tell anyone who is thinking of doing something like this to go for it! Esther is a fantastic trainer and offers one to one support at all times and gets the results you are looking for.
